I know the part is an original used part. I think the company is okay to deal with. The duct was dirty and the seal, although original, had rust scale build up. I had to use CLR to clean the rust stains off the duct. I picked a "Mud Daubers" bee nest from inside the duct too. I hope it does not cause rust to start on the body of my car when its installed. The price was higher than I wanted to pay for a plastic duct but they had the part and it is hard to come by. They did not include the mounting screws but none were advertised with this used part. Over all I would buy this part again but only if I had too like in this instance
