Description
 
New custom door panel kit for your Camaro.  Exact fit for all 70 - 81 models.  These panels are made of strong ABS plastic with a colored insert of your choice to match your upholstery.  They feature a 6.5 inch speaker cutout and molded-in door pull.  The panels can easily be modified to accept power or manual windows and locks.  Sold as a pair of one left and one right.
IMPORTANT: Door panels are black in color, but can be painted or wrapped to match.  Inserts are available to match all interiors for 70-81 models.  Please choose your desired insert color from the available drop-down menu.  Feel free to call us if you have any questions!

4 of 5 new style door panels February 1, 2014

Nice looking door panel that looks better with the speaker molding than cutting out an original panel. Since there is no lock knob hole, you can leave it out or add a ferrule. I covered mine in the interior vinyl that matches the interior (camel). The back has tabs for securing the male metal pieces that are on the front upper and rear upper of the original panel. You will need these all the way around the panel and use the plastic female plugs use at the panel top on the door. I hade to drill the holes a little bigger to mount the plastic pieces.  The cloth or vinyl center covers up where the door pull is located, so you can cover the door pull hole up or cut out the material to use the OEM pull and cup. I did a mock up with the door off and on saw horses so I could ensure everything lined up and everything looked right before removing so the car can be painted.  I did have to trim the plastic a little. I give this a 4. It would have been 5 stars if directions  were included.
