Steering shaft- worked but not ideal |

it appears this is a repurposed part no, and not specifically designed for camaro steering shaft. The small end of the boot was not shaped to match shape of steering column: the boot opening is round whereas the shaft is flat on 2 sides. I asked customer service about this when ordering, they said the boot would conform over time. Upon receipt and installation of boot, it was obvious that the the boot was not going to seal around the shaft, for sake of getting car back on teh road, I used the seal, but had to fill gaps around shaft with sealant.
