The shifter plate came in a box properly labeled as a PRNDSL plate. When I opened the box it had PRND21 indicator markings. After a closer look I realized the PRND21 was a thick sticker placed ON TOP of the clear plastic with the PRNDSL printed on it and the black liner behind it like the original. I had to peel the sticker off and use label remover to get the residue off...what a mess and frankly if this is the modification to change from one indicator to another it is just cheap and poorly done.
The shift plate, once I figured out the sticker issue, is well made and a perfect fit. Just wasn't expecting the extra work to make a brand new part work....bummer. Not sure what to do to make sure something like that doesn't happen on a future order for something else. Perhaps a different supplier.
