1998 - 2002 Chevrolet Camaro DSE Fast Ratio Rack and Pinion

This factory-style fast ratio power steering rack & pinion fits 1998 - 2002 Camaro / Firebird (with FE2, FE4, and FE7 suspension packages). "Detroit Tuned" valving for an exceptional modern performance feel for street or racing applications. Quick ratio with 2-1/4 turns lock-to-lock. This rack is built with all new components and undergoes a rigorous quality check and performance testing before shipment. Easy bolt-in installation on 1998-2002 Camaro/Firebird. Steering rack can be retrofit in 1993-1999 vehicles that came from the factory with an LT1 (gen III small block Chevy) or V6 engines - for upgrade over stock factory OEM 2.63 turns lock-to-lock steering ratio (must be used with factory LS1 steering shaft).
