1969 Camaro Front Bucket Seat Foam with Wire or Embedded Spring, Deluxe Interior, Each

New bucket seat foam for your 69 DLX interior Camaro. This is for ONE Front Bucket Seat only. Exact fit for models with the deluxe interior option, Houndstooth or Comfortweave, with seat back frames that do not have a spring. Correct density foam, perfect mold for easy installation. Each bucket seat set includes one seat back with wire / spring and one seat bottom without any wire / spring. Some Deluxe interior cars got bucket seat foam with a 70’s-style thick backrest. There were no springs in the backrest like earlier frames, so the foam is extra thick to provide all the support the springs would normally provide. Wire / springs are embedded in the foam since there are no springs to attach the wires to. This version seat foam has an internal spring or wire design embedded inside the foam. Very few 69 cars had this inner reinforcing wire pre-molded in. Please check yours to to get the correct fit.

Seat foam is a critical part of interior upholstery restoration that is often overlooked. Replacing the seat foam before installing new upholstery is a must. This bucket seat foam is for use exclusively with 1969 Camaro deluxe interiors (Houndstooth or Comfortweave). The seat back foam is manufactured with the original wire built into the back. Each piece is manufactured in automotive grade dense foam material that replicates the original in appearance and fitment. What's more, our replacement upholstery will fit much better than trying to use the worn out original seat foam. Comes complete with 2 sections (seat back and seat bottom cushions). 2 sets required per vehicle.
